The Process
Being
Meet yourself where you’re at. Presence and Acceptance with what is.
Exploration
your range of expression through acting, voice work and play
Creation
wild liberation on a body level through psychodrama, re-patterning theater and being witnessed in your full body aliveness
Small, intimate group (max. 6 people)
2 live calls per month (1 teaching / exploring call & 1 integration / workshopping call)
private community with messenger chat (all on one clean, distraction free platform)

DISCLAIMER: Creativity need space, time and rest. This is a rush free experience that gives you space to explore yourself and the world creatively.
This is not a result driven experience. Deep connection to self through the process of making art is the driver.
ATTENDANCE: This is an intimate experience and designed for active participation. Even though all calls will be recorded, please make sure that you are able to be there.
Creativity requires energy. If you are in a season of depletion or feeling lost, this is not the correct experience for you.
